Cannot Assigne Web Roles to Contact

Im having this issue, I created the web roles on Power Pages Management and then when I want to add users to this roles (from Contact Table) there is nothing related

Hi @IT_User

Looks like the tables are still provisioning. When did you create the site? Did you get the automated email from Power Platform stating that your site is ready to use? If No, Please wait. If Yes step 2

Step 2:

In Portal management

1. Under Security > Contacts > choose the contact > Related > Web roles

The site was shared with me, so I don't know if that mail exists.
I got an alert message saying that I have 16 days remaining to convert my site into production, I´m not the Owner.

This is all I see under related for the contact.

Cool @IT_User thanks for the clarity. The trial notification is common. so you can ignore this for now.

I think you are missing some security roles to access the standard tables I believe. Ask your environment admin to add you in the "System customiser", and "Environment maker" roles. If possible get the "system administrator" role to mitigate the issue.

Hi @IT_User ,
Is your website on the new Enhanced Data Model? If so you shouldn't use Related to see the Web Roles as it currently shows the old roles. You would need to use Web Role subgrid on Portal Contact (Enhanced Form) form - see official documentation here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/security/create-web-roles#from-the-contact-enhanced-data-model

Yes, I find it but I dont why I assigne the roles but even though I have restrictec access to pages users can still see all pages

This user has a Specific Role but he is able to access other screens

This page is supposed to be visible only for these roles but as I mentioned the specific user can still navigate to this screen

@IT_User is the issue fixed, because I am also having the same issue.

I created a blank portal where it created a power page management model driven application and I am not able to assign the web roles to contacts & vice versa.

I tried assigning the web role subgrid on Portal Contact (Enhanced Form) form it is also not configured and the required out put is not coming.

Please suggest if any solution available? Thanks in advance

Hi @ragavanrajan

In the screen shot, you have selected the Authenticated User Role = Yes. That Should be set to No. Otherwise any authenticate user will see the page no matter the role.
