Cool @IT_User thanks for the clarity. The trial notification is common. so you can ignore this for now.
I think you are missing some security roles to access the standard tables I believe. Ask your environment admin to add you in the "System customiser", and "Environment maker" roles. If possible get the "system administrator" role to mitigate the issue.
