Hi
I’m now trying to create an Agent that helps with data analysis. The Agent should run when a keyword is detected in Microsoft Teams, and then send the results to a Microsoft Teams group chat.

In the configuration of the tool "Post message in a chat or channel", I set Post as = "Flow Bot".

The problem I’m facing is:

If I trigger the Agent via the Copilot Studio chatbox, the message sent to Microsoft Teams is posted by Flow Bot, and the message is nicely formatted.
If I trigger the Agent through the action "When keywords are mentioned", the message is posted under my own user account, and the formatting is not applied like in case 1.

What I want is for the Agent to run when a keyword is mentioned, and reply as Flow Bot with well-formatted messages. Is there a way to achieve this? If not, what alternatives could I use to get as close as possible to this outcome?

Hi @Michael E. Gernaey

My flow is quite simple: I just let the AI be triggered by a keyword, then send the message to the AI. In the AI prompt, I’ve instructed it to use the tool "Post message in a chat or channel" whenever it’s invoked.

Here’s what I configured in the tools.

Hi @Panitan

I would have to see the flow to understand why its not giving good formatting, but you can instead use an adaptive card
