Power Pages Sandbox Trial Expiring in 10 Days – Extension Options?

Hello,
I’ve been working on a Power Pages site in our Sandbox environment. The site is intended for deployment to the client’s environment once it is finalized, and I’ve already extended the trial period from 30 to 90 days. Our site’s trial will end in 10 days.
The project is currently still in development and internal testing, as some of the required business processes are still being defined and finalized. Because of this, we’ve kept the site in Sandbox to avoid prematurely moving to production and incurring licensing costs for internal testers while the solution is still evolving.

At this stage, I wanted to check if there are any available options within the community or Microsoft licensing model to further extend the Sandbox environment, or if purchasing licenses is the only viable path moving forward once the current extension expires.
Any guidance or recommendations on the best approach would be greatly appreciated.

Once the 90-day Power Pages trial expires, there’s usually no further extension available. Microsoft’s documentation states that trial sites in Sandbox or Production environments expire after 90 days, after which the site is suspended and later deleted if not converted to production.

Your main option is to convert the site to a paid Production/Sandbox setup with the required Power Pages licensing. A common approach is to use minimal licensing during development/UAT until the project is finalized. Rebuilding in a new trial environment is possible, but generally not recommended for ongoing projects.

If the required period is a short time, I would recommend PAYG. If the setup is not complex yon can try another tial too
