Trying to practice during the into to agent/agent builder essentials course but I couldn't link the SharePoint URL to my knowledge. When I viewed the errors, it says my environment is in Data verse. Please how i do solve this issue, cos it worked perfectly when i used Data verse table as my knowledge source.

I tried moving my environment to SharePoint but it said, I don't have Sandbox/Production license or something like that.

Could you please provide more information about exact environment, is the agent is in that same environment?

Hi @CU28030739-1,

This is expected behavior and not an error on your side.
Key points:

SharePoint knowledge sources are only supported in Sandbox or Production environments
Dataverse-only environments (Developer / default training environments) do not support SharePoint as a knowledge source
The Agent Builder course environments are usually Dataverse-based learning environments

That is why:

Dataverse tables work
SharePoint does not

You cannot “move” a Dataverse learning environment to SharePoint without the required licenses.
