I have flow to add or read some lines in an Excel spreadsheet store on Onedrive (personnal).

All flows were operating very well for year but everything stopped working couple of month ago with access error : « 401 », message : « The request is unauthorized by Graph API. Error code is 'FileOpenUserUnauthorized'. Error message is 'You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser.'. clientRequestId: xxx

Obviously I have check credentials for my connections, deleted & rebuilt those connections... flows are working perfect when I ask to send again the flow from the historical but the day after "401" is back !!!

I have check my excel spreadsheet : no protection, no password... nothing that should prevent flows to access this file?!?
I have deleted my flows & rebuilt new ones from scratch... without success 🤬

May you halp me to fix that?

    Many thanks for first feedbacks.

I'm using PA Cloud not PAD... do you think I can get value added using PAD?

I have a Microsoft 365 family plan that should deliver me all services I need, I'm not considering moving to a business plan as far too expensive to manage my private needs.

Please find attached first screenshots of a failing flow :
    - it went on fail for past 4 days,
    - I did nothing else than connecting to PowerAutomate cloud, access this flow homepage and reload failing flow without any modification or reconnection to any connection... success first attemp (as usual).

As said : I'm so disapointed this flow suddenly fail!

Maybe an investigation area : in the excel spreadsheet is now 1178 lines long (1 line per day)... any problem in processing only 1178 lines table to add 1 line?

    looking forward your support.

Since 401 is an authorization error and you seem to be using the Graph API did you try accessing the files using the Graph Explorer? Have you considered using a SharePoint library or switching to OneDrive for business instead of your personal OneDrive?

please share your flow, we need to see that including your inputs and outputs.

If you can share both the flow build with details so we can review it as well as a run.

I am going to see if I can reproduce this.

I assume this is Power Automate Cloud , not PAD?
