Action 'Create_a_Teams_meeting' failed: The mailbox is either inactive

When testing my agent i'm getting the following error when it gets to my Schedule Meetings Flow

Stepping into the flow I can see it failing here:

Action 'Create_a_Teams_meeting' failed: The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.
I launched the Teams app from within my environment

emsg: UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError
Can someone help fix these errors. Its suggesting it may be a license assignment issue?

I have the same question as well. But the last pic is about Outlook which is mostly not going to work on the power up email address as its not assigned to power up learning users. So if using Outlook, try with a different email id which has the Outlook license or personal hotmail account.

Now, the first part is similar to mine i.e. the Teams meeting part. The thing is I don't understand this part though. I can see my MS teams working fine. It opens, I can create more teams/channels and I can send messages. But somehow there is some connection issue I feel between Copilot Studio and MS Teams. Just tried it on Power Automate and it works fine.

I have just sent an email to the power up support: powerup-support@microsoft.com regarding the same. Hopefully I get a response soon and I can share the solution here as well.

I am having the same issue, I can not even get past the action as it doesn't connect to Teams,

Failed to create OAuth connection: ClientError: Test connection failed. Details: Failed to get license information for the user. Ensure user has a valid Office365 license assigned to them.
