Hi, I'm currently building a simple app that allow user to upload a file and save it into Dataverse.

This is the line I write to Patch into Dataverse:

After the form submitted, the column show paperclip icon like this and nothing happens when clicked.

I saw some tutorials that the column should be filled with file name and the file can be download on click.

May I seek your advice what did I do wrong here?

That's an OOB setting, just like View can't view photos.

To download it, open it in Form View.

Steps to Follow:

Create a Model-Driven App and include the desired entity.

Add the form that contains the specific field you need.

Open the record where you can find the file.

Forgot to add.

Didn't know that the file could be downloaded from Dataverse directly.

You can quickly generate an app based on the table and check if the file is there.

have you tried to create a from on your table and included this field? try to open the record with this field and check if the file is fine.
