Hi all,

I need some guidance on how to make this flow work. We've created a Question with a multiple choice answers. When the user would select one of the options the bot doesn't respond with the answer. However, if you would type the question and press enter the bot answers the question.

I'm struggling to understand how to make it work. I've searched on Google for answers and also tried following the answer that Copilot but it just doesn't seem to work for me.

Does anyone have any guidance on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @fchopo,

Thanks for the reply.

I found the solution to the issue I was having.

What I needed to do was insert a Create Generative Answers node and then add a formula which connects the previous choice from the user.

Text(Topic.*variable name*) Adding this to the input makes the bot answer the question that the user selects from the options.

Hope this helps anyone who had the same issue as me.

Hi @fchopo,

Thanks for the reply.

If the user would select F&Q then the next set of questions would appear. However, the current problem we're facing is when the user would select any of the prompts the bot doesn't respond back with the answer.

What would I add in the message node for the bot to respond with an answer? If you could clarify how I should set it up it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Sebbi3

In the screenshot you shared there aren't any message actions after the conditions, so you don't know the path the conversation is using. If users selects "F&Q", does the copilot show next question to the user?
