I Have built out my solution for creating an Autonomous Agent in Copilot Studio.
 
I have published my Agent multiple times after the error found by Copilot in the Flow editor mentioned that the FlowActionTimesOut due to the fact that the agent was not published.
 
I have since republished the Agent and tries testing again, but I still get the same error.
 
The copy from the Create an Item step look correct and I can see that the step correctly copies  the four inputs needed for that step, i.e. Email,Start Time,End ime and Training Title.
 
I found that I had not appropriately names the Schedule meetings Flow, Whoch I then dis and resaved the Flow, and republished the Agent and again ran the test but I still get the same error.
 
"Error Message: The flow with id 5a233c7a-6274-2bce-3843-46fbd15a9fcc has timed out. Error Code: FlowActionTimedOut Conversation Id: 6cb61eb8-3318-49f7-8cf7-e3f81eb4a2b7 Time (UTC): 2025-11-09T06:55:33.474Z"

    Hello,
     
    For many people this is happening.
     
    1. Verify you are in YOUR environment and not the Default.
    2. If you are in yours, I want you to do the following.
     
    a) Delete the Schedule Meeting
    b) Delete the Post to Teams
    c) Add in an Send Email V2 for Outlook.com (NOT office 365) OR, put in Gmail.
     
    I want you to put those in and send email messages (2 of them) to replace those. I understand its not the same thing.
     
    Then I want you to say IN your video, that Assessor Michael Gernaey told you to do this and that Darian Nastvogel is working on a solution.
     
    I also want you to email powerup-support@microsoft
     
    As at this point they MAY have a solution for you, but as a Power Up Champ and Assessor please do the above.

    It seems something went wrong in the Schedule Meetings flow.
    Please share more details about the logic implemented in the flow.
    Also, review your previous flow runs and check if there were any failures.
