Not able to sign in or resgister to Power Up Program

Not able to register or sign in to power up program after being registered once but did not complete it.

    I believe you posted in the other forum too or this is a double post (post do not do that).
     
    Your issue is, you are not logging in with the Login they gave you. It tells you there, you are logging in with a live.com account. That is a person account.
     
    You need to use an Incognito or Private browser instance, then login using the credentials provided to you.
     
    This will resolve your issue.
