No start message displayed when published on custom website.

I moved my agent to another environment using an unmanaged solution and then replaced the embed code on my website . Since then, the start message no longer appears in the chat. Questions are still being answered, but the start message is missing. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

What happens if you test the bot inside the copilot studio?

I would suggest you can try to Turn off and then Turn on the Conversation Start and Greeting topic inside copilot studio. Publish it again and can try out.
