Good Day! We would like to connect Copilot Agent to ServiceNow. We created the ServiceNow OAuth configuration but are missing the Redirect URI for Copilot. We always receive Invalid redirect_uri. Where we can review the redirect URI? Thank you very much for your support!

ServiceNow Connector Redirect URI

Hello ,
When you get the error, copy the URL from the pop-up, then decode it, in the query string you have the key "redirect_uri". Take the value of it - that's it.

Example :

The decoded URL from the error pop-up : https://dev295382.service-now.com/oauth_auth.do?client_id=e5948c074e7a43ec89d421988a46da5a&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https://france-001.consent.azure-apim.net/redirect&force_reapprove=true&state=5159dc1b-0534-437c-8fdb-d4657c0cebea

The value of the "redirect_url" key : https://france-001.consent.azure-apim.net/redirect
