hi,

i configured external authentication for a FAQ Bot which is based on sharepoint content.
Now i published the bot to a website.
The login for the external IDs are working.

But when i ask a question with the external ID i get
ActionTypeNotSupported Unterhaltungs-ID: LszMrFghj9XBnMFLvjv9rC-eu Zeit (UTC): 2025-04-07T14:25:50.373Z.

Does it mean external IDs cannot access sharepiont content ?

thanks for any info

    Hi

i used manual authentication for Entra External IDs described here:
the authentication works, but not the agent.

I think sharepoint will only work with Entra Authentication described here:
Knowledge sources overview - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

So this means sharing is limited when using sharepoint or graph api (enterprise connectors) to people from my organisation only. Thats a big limitation.

    regards

How exactly did you share the agent? Are the external users in that group?

Could you share how you configured the authentication. Just hoping to see something.

Do the users have an Office License? and have they been added to SharePoint?
