Power apps seemingly broken

Getting this error on attempt to view or create an app ... any ideas?  I have logged out and logged back in but same error even on create a new app tied to my MS List
 
Failed to get environment from Power Platform API. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'type')

    If it is a GCC environment you're using, can you confirm this is what you're seeing when you connect via the appropriate GCC maker portal link as highlighted in the documentation?

    Can you also confirm you're connected to an environment where you have appropriate permissions?
     
    Given that you have a session id, the easiest solution maybe to raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

    Because you are seeing the error even when creating a new app, and the message specifically says "Failed to get environment from Power Platform API", I would not focus on the Microsoft List or its data at this stage.
     
    The most likely areas are:
    • Wrong Government Power Apps endpoint
    • GCC/GCC High/DoD environment/API service issue
    • Environment permissions
    • Browser/session authentication
    • Firewall/proxy/network restrictions
    • A Microsoft service-side issue affecting the Government cloud
    If multiple users in the same Government tenant/environment are seeing the same error, and the correct Government portal is being used, I would escalate this to Microsoft Support. Keep the Session ID aff11e27-a817-4ec3-b24c-bd7d778ae7c5 in the support request; it is useful for Microsoft to trace the failed request.
    Microsoft explicitly provides a support path for Power Apps US Government service issues.
