Canvas app: Missing AccessibleLabel before production

How are you enforcing AccessibleLabel before production?

I recently reviewed a canvas app with 306 missing labels. I tested an AI-assisted workflow that inspects the app context, proposes labels and validates the resulting YAML.

The remaining question is ownership:

- Should makers fix every warning?
- Should reviewers reject the solution?
- Should this become an automated CI gate?

I think it depends on the team's accessibility standards and the risk of the application. Personally, I wouldn't reject a solution solely because of missing AccessibleLabel warnings, but I would expect them to be addressed before a production release whenever possible. Making accessibility checks part of the review process is a good practice, and an automated CI check could be useful if it allows exceptions with proper justification rather than acting as a strict pass/fail gate. That helps improve accessibility without unnecessarily blocking deployments.
