Can't share Prompts in a Topic

I am working on an agent with a college, He has the permission to view and edit the whole agent,
Our logic is inside a topic, he can change everything except for the prompt I made and vica versa.
The node is visible but when he clicks on the prompt there are no instructions shown.

What can be the problem to this? How can I let him change the prompts as well?

Can't share Prompts in a Topic

Another user asked this the other day and I gave them the same response.

You cannot, at least not... what I would call in a good way.

Prompts are stored as owned by you in the Dataverse Table. The only way to "share" them to other people would be to break the security model and give access to Teams or Organizations etc to the rows you own instead, which means changing the model.

While logically this does work in standard tables, as this is part of a behind the scenes "solution" that Microsoft provides, I truly do not know what are the bad things that will happen if you do this.

Possible yes, but I have not tested it even though I know it would work, I simply do not know what other possible bad things it might cause as that table now has overlapping people messing with the prompt AND it has special privs that other tables do not that could cause you a major headache.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
