Apps and flows are not running

    Hi,

If your Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit is not up to date, you may not have accurate insights into:

    • How many flows and apps are impacted by governance policies.
    • Which makers are active or inactive.
    • Compliance metrics like environment usage, solution health, and orphaned resources.
    Update the CoE Starter Kit
    • Download the latest version from Microsoft CoE Starter Kit GitHub.
    • Import updated solutions into your CoE environment.
    Run Inventory Reports
    • Use the Admin | Sync Template v3 flow to refresh data.
    • This populates tables like:
      • App (all apps)
      • Flow (all flows)
      • Maker (owners)
    • Check Power BI Dashboard included in CoE for:
      • Apps without owners
      • Flows with errors
      • Orphaned resources
    Identify Impact
    • In Power BI, filter by:
      • Last Modified Date
      • Environment
      • Compliance Status
    • This gives you the count of apps/flows that need attention.
    Update Governance Policies in CoE:
    • Enable DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies.
    • Configure Environment Routing for new apps/flows.
    Notify Makers:
    • Use CoE’s Admin | Send Welcome Email or Nudge flows to alert makers about compliance.
    • Archive or Delete Orphaned Resources:
      • Use CoE’s Admin | Clean Up Orphaned Flows and Apps flows.
