I have an autonomous agent published on teams and M365. The agent works well uptill it asks the user to create the connection to the tools which are in my case salesforce and sharepoint. The issue is the tool is connected successfully for users in in one group but not with users in another group and they face the error as seen in attached image

I have couple of doubts here:-

1) Do I need to provide some permissions for the user to another group who is facing the error? If so what and where those permissions to be given

2) Is it that for each user I need to provide the permissions separately, that is a cumbersome task. Or is there a smart way to do it as per Microsoft standards.

3) I already have my salesforce tool and sharepoint configures with least access governance policies why there is a need to authenticate with the connection to the tool an extra step need to done?
