This is an old issue which is happened due to version release of the Power-apps , It was impacted many folks long back all the apps which we developed faced this issue but its been resolved long back.

I would recommend you to log a Microsoft Support with the relevant details MS can provide relevant assistance on this.

This is not an App / Code issue this is pure environment Issue and also Move to app Authoring version to Recent / Recommended Versions.

To open a Microsoft Power Apps support ticket, log in to the Power Platform Admin Center, navigate to Help + Support, and select + New support request. You will need a Power Platform Admin role and an active Power Apps Support Plan.

Based on the error, this is not a permissions issue or a problem with your app's content. It's an indication that the Power Apps service believes your editing lease is no longer valid. If reopening the app, refreshing the session, and ensuring no concurrent editor resolves the issue, it was likely a transient lease problem. If the error continues across multiple attempts or affects multiple users, it's likely a service-side issue and should be reported to Microsoft Support with the session details.

The best way of protecting this is to enable Autosave - in General Settings. This will save progress every 2 minutes. The important thing however if you get the message you posted is to exit the browser by terminating it in Task Manager, otherwise you will get a prompt about unsaved work and go in circles.

When you re-open, you should have the state it was 2 minutes or less before the incident - It has rescued my work a number of times.

@, @, Multiple developer are doing the changes in different screens. We have Auto Save enabled. Also, tried to close from Task manager. Is there anything we need to do in order avoid this? As multiple developers, al need to close the session if issue occured.

That is the only way I know of - I am a "sole operator", so have never tried multiple developer process, but I would imagine that you need to do this (as with single) to avoid getting the save/discard changes dialogue, (which comes up when you exit with back or close the tab) in order to keep the last auto-saved version.

I have seen what you experienced a number of times in the past, although it is not frequent.
