How do I share the prompt for editing to other users in my org

I have a prompt called SOW writer that I see is saved in Dataverse, I want extend the same prompt for editing to my peers. But they do not see this prompt for edit purposes. I am attaching the 2 screens one from me who created the prompt and another from my team member.

    At the moment, the rows are owned by the person who created them (so you), so they are not visible to everyone else, although I guess (I have not checked and your second picture unfortunately didn't come through), Admins might see them, but the only way to really allow people to see them would be for an admin to change privileges on the table storing it so others can.
     
    I have not tried it (I mean I have for other tables, just not copilot), so while I can tell you that is the answer, I am not sure I would recommend making that change, I have no idea how it would impact everything else...
     
    But its possible, heck you do owernship by team or org... I dunno.. making changes to those tables could be hazardous.

    Power Platform environment → AI Hub → Select your Prompt → Share
