On my POwer App, I have an audio clip that I would like to give control to my user to Mute or Unmute. How can i achieve the same using button controls.

This can't be achieved directly using OOTB Audio Control as this control doesn't have input property for volume. It has Volume control attached with itself. What you can do, you can use custom PCF.
