Help Needed - Clarification on Copilot Pre-Paid Credits and Pay-As-You-Go Billing

Hi,
Could someone please explain what Copilot Pre-paid credits are? Specifically:
  • What are these credits used for?
  • Who is responsible for prepaying them?
  • When and how are they prepaid?
I have set up a Pay-As-You-Go billing model for my environment. However, it appears that my environment is still using credits from this pre-paid pool, because I am not receiving any billing notifications. Also, the credits left always show as 0, but the credit balance continues to increase.
Can someone help me understand how this system works?
