In my Copilots - it is able to read, word, ppt, excel easily -audio and video content is not yet - i downloaded the transcript of audio/video, copilot was able to read and summarize!! hope this helps.
If you are using files like Word or PDF, Use clear, descriptive headings to structure the document. Use standard bullet points or numbered lists to present items. If using tables, just make sure you use standard table formatting rather than embedded tables within text blocks or image-based tables, which Copilot might not read well.
If you are using Excel, Ensure tables have clear headers for each column and consistent row formatting. Avoid merged cells, as these can disrupt the parsing. Avoid overly complex data in single cells.
