Files with conversation transcripts are missing in Analytics

Dear Community,

For some reason files with conversation transcripts are not presented in Sessions (Analytics) even though I have data in ConversationTranscript table (and moreover I know that there have been dialogs recently).

I have the following security roles:

- System Administrator

- Basic User

- Environment Maker

- Bot Transcript Viewer

Due to documentation I should see sessions, but unfortunately I don't see it (the page looks like on the attached screenshot )

I really appreciate a helping hand here.

there have been problems with sessions analytics recently, see here: https://community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=5e66022c-b7a6-ef11-8a69-6045bda9a4f0.

You should consider trying a different approach to bot monitoring, I've described it in the post above.
