Fail to import and train documents in AI builder after import solution in new environment

1. We have done some documents training in AI builder for a flow in DEV environment.

2. After that, the unmanaged solution is created and import to the new environment

In the new environment, we find that NO documents can be imported for further training in new environment in order to enrich its accuracy.

Please advise how can import more documents in AI builder for further training.

This is actually accurate, not fun but accurate. Since the documents will not be included in the transfer and will need a new version. Yeah its dumb.
