Hi Microsoft Team,
We’re using a custom Copilot Studio agent inside Microsoft Teams. It generally works fine, but we’re experiencing an issue specifically on the mobile Teams app.
When a user starts a conversation with the agent and triggers a topic that includes a Generative AI node, they see this notification:
The agent doesn’t respond until the user manually accepts the prompt. However, if the user triggers a topic that does not use a generative AI node, the conversation works normally and no such prompt appears — even on mobile.
Why does this permission prompt appear only when generative AI nodes are used?
Is there a way to prevent this notification from appearing on mobile, so the experience is seamless like on desktop?
Is this expected behavior due to how generative capabilities are handled in mobile Teams clients?
Are there any specific settings or permissions we need to configure to suppress or pre-authorize this interaction?
We want users to be able to interact with all types of topics — including generative ones — without being interrupted by this prompt, especially on mobile.
Thanks in advance for your support and guidance!
