Ai builder in Power Platform training failed and the model cannot be used

Hi,
We are using document processing AI model in Power Platform and after tagging all the documents, we received the error, "Training failed and the model cannot be used".
There is no error message, and we cannot find the reason it fails to train as all the documents are in order within the limited file size and types.
We have tried to retrain it again for multiple times, but we get the same result. What are the possible issues here as there isn't much documentation online.
