All fields into SharePoint list is returning blank after saving the form in Power Apps

Hello,

I had created Power App form and the data source for this was SharePoint list.
For testing purpose I used one of my SharePoint (only for testing purpose). Everything was working correctly. After creating New entry from Power Apps, all the fields were getting saved. I was also able to edit the form through Power App form and same was getting updated correctly in the SP list.

Now I created same level of fields to a new SharePoint. And changed the data source to this new SharePoint.

Now when I create a new entry through Power App form, the entry gets saved, but do not see any entry in the App.

Everything is returning blank in App and SharePoint.

Not sure what's causing this issue.

Can someone please advise.

Thanks! I was able to fix the error by readding all or my data cards.

I' using both Gallery as well form within the app. This allows users to Edit any of the items by selecting through gallery.

First of all where are you showing your saved values in app? Is it any gallery fo just form? If gallery then use refersh function to refersh the data source after saving. If want to show in form then you should check the Update property of form and set it accrodingly.

The key is in this statement of yours the entry gets saved, but do not see any entry in the App.
This indicates that the new data source is properly connected from a Data Card Update point of view, but probably is not with your Data Card and/or Control Default. It is possible that this did not re-connect properly when you changed data sources.
The easiest way to fix this is to delete and re-create your Data Cards in the Form - Power Apps should take care of linking them properly.
BTW posting an error and then redacting the entire message does not really help anyone solve this for you.

How did you modify the existing app to use the new SharePoint list? Are you using environmental variables?

    I have 2 records created.

See attached. Record is been created but does not show anything in SharePoint nor in Power App form

I also have a Gallery in Power App form. And the gallery is also showing blank for 2 records I have created.

    I am confused, you said
Now when I create a new entry through Power App form, the entry gets saved

    then changed it to
Everything is returning blank in App and SharePoint.

So is it saving and how do you know, or is it not saving?
