ReportI've configured Power Automate Flows to generate and send Email Messages to a variety of personas - this includes System Users. Ideally, these Users would be able to see these Email Activities on the System User records' Timeline. However, when looking at the Timeline control in the Form editor only 'Posts' are available. Looking further to the Table configuration and Properties, the "Make this table an option when: Creating a new Activity" is also unchecked. It doesn't seem like this option can be checked since this is a native/OOTB table already created.
Is it possible to enable Email Activities on the System User records' Timeline?
