My access is suddenly denied

Hi all, I am just starting the program and have read all the instructions. I was able to access my hub earlier, but now (despite being signed in, apparently) I do not have access to my hub. It is telling me to check my credentials or ask an admin for help. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks

    In cases where you were able to access the hub previously but can no longer do so, the best thing is to definitely email support at powerup-support@microsoft.com, as they can investigate whether there is something specifically about your account that prevents you accessing the hub.

    The same happened to me!
    I even used a different incognito browser and still told me that I don't have access to the course, eventhough I was half way through
    Right before it glitches, it kept asking me to sign in, but it never did
