The Onboarding-User1 SharePoint Site is not in my list of sites

Upon going to SharePoint I only see the "Powerup Curriculum" and "Communications site," and I can't access any files on either of them.

I double-checked accessing the "Site Addresses" available in the SharePoint trigger and on saw these two as well.

I have manually entered the Onboard_User1 SharePoint address and "Requested Access" to the site.

Any other thoughts?

Thank you.

AJ..

I have also encountered the same issue but then I created my own site as its not much of a hassle.

So you can just create a site and then create a list:

Create the first list, "New Starter Training":
    Title - Text
    Email - Text
    Department - Text

Then once you progress further in the same course Building Autonomous Agents , you will need another list, "Hardware Requests":
Manufacturer (renamed from Title) - Text
    Model - Text
    Cost - Currency
    Asset Tag - Text
    Recipient - Text
    Description - Text

But its totally upto you as in this half of the course its not a workable solution first because in later courses you will actually build an actually AI Agent with proper functionality. This is just to get an idea of how everything connects to Copilot Studio.

Else, if you don't wish to do all this (again its all simple), you can just simply contact the team,powerup-support@microsoft.com and they might give some access (I never asked because its a small job to do)

Hi there! I hope this helps you resolve your issue. If my solution worked for you, please consider selecting the checkbox which says it as Does this answer your question? to help others in the community.

        Quick Tips:

    • Double-check your variable names.

    • Ensure your flow triggers are configured correctly.

    • Test your steps individually before running the full flow.

    💡 Happy Automating! 🚀

Thank you all for the suggestions.

I sent an email to support about 48 hours ago. No response yet.

I thought about creating my own SharePoint site, but haven't gone that route as I'm unsure what other issues I'll run into that sorting this out might prevent.
