It sounds like the embedded Power BI reports catalog in Business Central is no longer available rather than the reports themselves being deleted.
A few things to check:
1. Verify the reports still exist in the Power BI workspace
Open the configured workspace directly in Power BI Service.
Confirm the standard Business Central reports/datasets are still present and haven't been deleted or moved.
2. Check the selected Power BI Workspace in Business Central
Go to Power BI Setup and verify the workspace ID/name is still pointing to the correct workspace.
If the workspace was recreated, renamed, or permissions changed, BC may no longer be able to discover the reports.
3. Validate permissions
The user (or service principal, if used) needs at least Member access to the workspace.
Ensure the same Entra ID account signed into Business Central has access to the Power BI workspace.
4. Republish the standard Business Central Power BI apps/reports
If the reports were removed from the workspace, rerun Set Up Power BI Reports to publish the standard report templates again.
Sometimes resetting the setup only reconnects BC—it doesn't recreate reports that were deleted.
5. Check feature management and extension status
Verify the Power BI integration extension is installed and enabled.
If recently updated, try reinstalling/updating the extension in a sandbox first.
6. Test with another user
If another user can see the reports, it's likely a permissions or caching issue rather than a workspace issue.
From your screenshot, the Explore (empty) page suggests Business Central is successfully connected but isn't finding any report metadata to display. That usually indicates:
The workspace is empty,
The reports were unpublished/deleted,
BC is connected to the wrong workspace, or
The current user doesn't have permission to enumerate the reports.
Could you also share:
Your Business Central version (SaaS or On-Prem and version number)?
Whether the standard Microsoft Power BI reports disappeared, or custom reports?
Are the reports still visible when you open the Power BI workspace directly in the Power BI Service?
Did this happen after a BC update, Power BI workspace migration, or changing permissions?
That information will help narrow down the root cause.
