Per App License issue

I have 06 per app licenses installed in my environment. I have applied those licenses in the past for 6 specific applications.  Suddenly the applications stop running and I cannot apply the licenses anymore.
Of course, I checked licenses expirations - all OK. Removed and added to the environment and waited 30 min. But in any circumstance the option that enable license per app get available to me selected.

    Per App License issue
    pls try the following:
     
    Navigate to the Power Platform Admin Center. Check the available per-app licenses under the Capacity or Licenses section to confirm they are properly allocated to your environment.
     
    Ensure the six specific applications you previously assigned licenses to are still active and associated with the correct environment.
