Copilot Studioで、パワポやPDFの資料を直接トーク画面に添付して送信すると次の通りにエラー表記になる。「エラーコード: SystemError」

直接資料の取り込みはできないのでしょうか？

In Copilot Studio, it is currently not supported to import or upload PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF files directly into the chat interface for processing or analysis. Attempting to do so typically results in a generic error such as “Error code: SystemError.”

Key points:

The chat interface is designed for text-based interactions and does not support direct file ingestion for PPTX or PDF.
To use content from such files, you must extract the relevant text or data and paste it into the chat, or use supported knowledge source connectors (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive) where the files are indexed and made available to the agent.
This is a platform limitation, not a misconfiguration.
