Unable to create new or edit existing pages in Power Pages website.

Today I am unable to create any new pages or edit the existing ones. I even created a new website but still the same issue.

I can create a new page from the designer, but it does not show up when I preview it. And upon clicking on the sync button, it's not there anymore.

I try to create from Power Pages Management, it doesn't allow me to save. Below is the error log

I tried updating the Power Pages core solution too on the environment, but it didn't help.

Yesterday everything was fine. Not sure what changed today. I am the only person working on this environment.

can you confirm your portal version?

Funny, now the site version is changed back to below, but the problem still persists. Looks like Microsoft is rolling back some updates. Is there any official update on this?

Regarding your particular issue I haven't heard anything back from Microsoft, so they are still investigating.

They have confirmed that the recent updates broke a few functionalities, hence they are pro-actively rolling back / forward the released Portals. I will keep you posted if I hear anything further from Microsoft, but if this doesn't get solved today, please open a support ticket and mention the history here.

Good Day

I have experienced this issue since last week, Tuesday to be exact. We are unable to create new pages because the sync button in the power pages design studio is deleting new pages and changes made to an existing page are also deleted.

I tried this and seems to be working but not always. To create a new page,I create a new page add controls via the design and open it via the view code and make minimal changes to the html or js page and go file > Save or Save All and go back to the design studio and click the sync button. This worked but the moment I create a new page or edit an existing page and click on sync button without opening the page via the view code button all changes are lost when clicking the sync button.

Any suggestion?
