In multistep form, how to allow the form to submit only after all steps are finished?

Hi,

I am new to the power pages and dataverse.

I am building a website using multistep form.

But so far, I find the row will be added to my table anyway, even I didnt finished the rest of the steps.

So how can I only allow the data to add into table only I click the submit button in last step?

Thank you.

I'm having an issue with a multi-step form on Power Pages where the steps are auto-generated based on the tabs in the form. The problem is that, on the final step (which is a "Bekreftelse" or confirmation step), there's no "Submit" button, so users can't complete the form.

    Has anyone encountered this before?

The main multi-step form will always create/update when moving Steps (except steps that are not Insert or Edit).

However, there is one option that will save at the end and that is if you use the option to auto generate the steps (but this is more limited than if you create the steps yourself), and you may need to use the Portal/Power Pages Management App to create it - after you create the main Multi-Step form, when you create the first Step on its Form Definition Tab there is a checkbox for "Auto Generate Steps From Tabs" this option will use the Tabs defined on a Dataverse form and treat each Tab as a Step.
