Copilot Reactions are not populating

It seems my sessions are getting recorded, but the reactions are not.
 
I know the users are reacting "thumbs up and down" and providing feedback, but none of it is being recorded. My agent is published; I've sat down with users to see them provide input/reactions and even attempted to do the reactions myself. It's been days, and no results whatsoever in the reaction section.
 
Does anyone know what could be wrong or if this is an error?

    As per the documentation these analytic you are referring to (as in the screenshot attached) are measured not through the user reactions, but AI iteself measure the Answer quality.

    Thanks for the response! I was referring to that reaction sections at the bottom under "satisfaction" just below response quality section just to the left of Survey.
    As you can see it says no reactions have been recorded. This should not be the case as I have sat down with my team to test in live, and none of the thumbs up or downs are being recorded, even days after.

    Hi @sandeep_angara, within the page you linked is this section about Reactions:
    The chart counts the number of times users selected either the thumbs up (positive) or thumbs down (negative) buttons available on each response they received from your agent.
    so this is different to the AI measuring answer quality.
     
    Users can give feedback in these channels:
    • Test chat
    • Demo website
    • Custom website
    • Webchat SDK
    • Teams
    If your users are clicking thumbs outside of these - e.g. within M365 Copilot - then they are probably Microsoft Feedback thumbs instead.
     
    That said, while we see reaction stats from Teams and SharePoint channels, we don't currently get reaction stats from Copilot Studio test chats either.  So I'm also interestedly following this question ;)
