Error when testing connector - Error code 10000

Hi there,

I'm working on a Postman collection that pulls an income statement from QuickBooks via Intuit Developer. Everything is set up, and in the past, the flow was working correctly — it was pulling the data and loading it into a SharePoint list as expected. However, I'm now encountering an error, and I'm not sure why it's happening.

      {
        "Message": "An application error has occurred while processing your request",
        "Detail": "An application error has occurred while processing your request",
        "code": "10000"
      }
    ]
  },
  "time": "2025-09-11T14:55:03.433Z"
}

One possible reason might be that I’m currently using a free (trial) Postman account and may have already hit the limit on collections — but I’m not sure how to check if that’s actually the issue.

I'm new to working with APIs, so I'm not entirely sure how to troubleshoot this. I’ve tried using Copilot by pasting the error, I’ve searched for solutions online, but nothing seems to help me resolve the issue.

I've refreshed the tokens, and the Postman collection runs perfectly on its own. The error only occurs in Power Automate — specifically when testing the connector or running the flow.

I’d really appreciate any help. The collection itself works fine, but the issue happens on the screen where we create the custom connector (please see the attached screenshot). Because of this, I'm unable to run the flow.

Thanks in advance!
