I followed the video to publish and refresh the Loans Manager App, but it's not loading in the edit mode. In the play mode it loaded successfully.

@GX-02081610-0 Hi,

Try using the Microsoft Edge browser. Create a new profile and sign in using your Power Up email account, or clearing the cache, or using private mode should help resolve the issue.

Once you're done, try publishing and playing the app.

I would have to see the instructions. There must be some mistake in there as the error thinks you are pointing to another environment when you try to load that App.
