Since yesterday onwards I am getting this Site Copilot banner. Although i enabled copilot, I am unable to disable this banner. Please let me know how can i disable this

Hi,

This appears to be the Site Copilot onboarding/notification banner that shows after Site Copilot has been enabled. In many cases, it's not controlled by the Copilot panel itself and may continue to display until the site's Copilot configuration has been reviewed or saved.
A few things you can try:

Click Customize, review the Site Copilot settings, and save/publish any changes, even if you don't modify anything.

Use Test copilot once and then refresh the Design Studio.

Clear your browser cache or open the site in an InPrivate/Incognito session to rule out a UI caching issue.

If you no longer want Site Copilot enabled, go to the site's Copilot settings and disable Site Copilot completely, then sync and refresh the site.

If the banner persists after disabling Copilot and refreshing the site, it may be a temporary Design Studio UI issue introduced in a recent update.

I've seen a few cases where these informational banners remained visible in Design Studio even after the feature was configured correctly. If none of the above helps, try checking whether the behavior occurs for other makers in the same environment. If it does, raising a support ticket may be necessary, as it could be a product-side issue rather than a site configuration problem.
