How Do I Convert MSG Files While Keeping the Folder Structure?

My old email archive contains MSG files organized into folders based on clients, projects, and different years. I need to convert these files to PST, but I don’t want to lose this organization during the migration. Recreating all the folders manually after conversion would be extremely time-consuming. I found MacXTools MSG Converter for Mac while researching Mac-compatible MSG converters and wanted to ask if anyone has used it for a similar folder-based archive. Does the conversion make it easier to maintain the existing organization?
