Agent gives 2 answers, and one answer is "Only visible to you"

My CP Agent has the following issue. It was working fine, but now all of a sudden I'm always getting two answers in Copilot studio. Ir doesn't matter what I ask the agent, the response is like this in all situations. The first answer is the correct answer, but always followed by 'Only visible to you'. And then the second answer is always the same and basically useless, the Agent every time asking to formulate the question in a different way. Does anyone know how I fix this and get only one answer, visible for any user of the agent?






The Agent calls a topic with trigger "a message is received". That topic runs a PA flow, that does api calls to several Azure resources, including an Azure Ai search index.

I also made a 2nd CP agent that uses the out of the box connector for Azure AI index, there I don't have this problem.

    when you test in the right of the screen you have lit button like a map in the test screen. Could you make a test and click on it and see what happen ?
    Probably you have multiple "tools" or "topic" trigger by the same sentence. If the case you could
     
    - change the condition of trigger or add prompt
    - use instruction in overview screen to explain in wich order to use the different tool
    - change the content of instruction to only send message when needed
    - insert exception : last "visible to you" is often when conversationnal boosting fail : you could insert an exception in conversationnal boosting to avoid it to work on your case and only use your custom topic :)

    The root cause is there are two paths firing, open the activity map and see if conversational boosting or fallback are also firing.  As you said, look at the differences between this agent and the 2nd agent that works well; you should be able to see the difference pretty quickly.
