Unable to Claim Power Up Program Voucher – Authenticator Device Stolen

Hi Community,

I recently completed the Microsoft Power Up Program and received an email to claim my voucher. Unfortunately, my authenticator device was stolen, and now I’m unable to sign in to my Microsoft account to proceed with the voucher claim.

I tried setting up Microsoft Authenticator on a new device, but it requires verification from the old (stolen) device, which I no longer have access to.

What steps can I take to regain access to my account and claim my voucher? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you.

So this question isn't really a Power App / Program question as I am assuming you have more than just this program in your App.

You actually need to contact Microsoft support and hopefully you setup a backup email/contact for your Authenticator.

It's definitely possible the program will send you another voucher, but fixing your authenticator problem is something you need to get help from the Authenticator / Microsoft folks.
