we’re facing a strange issue and would appreciate any insights.
We created a Copilot Studio Agent for a client. During the testing phase, the agent was used even though we hadn’t configured any tokens yet. As a result, tokens were consumed—even though we technically didn’t have any—until we received an error saying no tokens were available.
We’ve since switched to a PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) plan and completed all necessary setup. However, the error message about unavailable tokens still appears, and the token balance is still shown as negative (see attached screenshot).
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to resolve this?
