Our developer can't access our default Environment and I can't edit it.

Hi

Your developer probably doesn’t have the right permissions.

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

Fix:

Open Power Platform Admin Center⁠�

Select the Default Environment

Add the user with:

Environment Maker and

Agent author (for Copilot Studio)

Link is broken. Ray is our developer and he can't push it to our default environment.

Yes we clearly have a license

My developer Ray says:

It seems there is still a publishing issue going on with the Cinnamon environment. It cannot publish a agent after review

not sure if there is another delegation they need to do but copilot will not let publish action proceed

we have a license. we paid for it.

it says You currently do not have a user license that allows you to publish in Copilot Studio. Please contact your administrator to upgrade your license or enable the necessary permissions.

it then said we need a billing plan for it. we created a pay as you go plan but when we try to attach it our environment - nothing happens.
