We have created sensitive information types in Purview and configured the retention labels.
The issue is retention label is getting tagged to the document even if document does not have phone number value and it is having just phone number keyword.
Please confirm if purview has the capability to tag retention label to the documents only if the phone number value is present in the documents.
Did you set your SIT rule as keyword list only or keywords + pattern?
