Unable to Run Flow in Copilot Studio - Stuck at Sign-in Screen

Hello everyone,

Since this morning, I've been experiencing an issue while trying to run a flow from Copilot Studio. The process gets stuck at the sign-in screen, and I'm unable to proceed any further.

Could anyone kindly advise on how to resolve this issue? I’ve attached a screenshot below for reference.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Sharath

    Hi @SP-11021954-0,

This type of issue from Copilot Studio often indicates an authentication or permission issue with one or more connectors used in the flow. I am not sure if you have tried to troubleshoot different areas or not. If not, let's do that.

The areas we can troubleshoot are:

    1. Let's check connection status--> PA Portal -->Data -->Connections --> Watch the different connections used by the flow; if any connection shows error/warning or require re-authentication, please sign in again.

    2. Common one, please check and clear browser caches or try incognito. Oftentimes, credentials in cache or cookies cause sign-in loops.

    3.  One of the known reasons is permission, please ensure the user account has the necessary permissions to access the connected services, and also please make sure account has the query permissions on the database (if any).

    4. Tricky one and easy, we sometimes overlook, please try running the flow directly from the PA portal. If it runs there, the problem is 100% identified which is the issue is likely with Copilot Studio’s embedded sign-in experience

    5. Finally, and still the problem exists, let's consider removing and re-adding the connections in the flow. If this fails, last resort is creating a new flow with the same steps to test if the issue is flow-specific.

If one of these steps helps, please let me know which one helped to resolve it.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!
