I'm using a Microsoft 365 E5 license. One of my users is trying to create a Power Page but is facing a permission issue.
Steps followed:
Logged in to https://make.powerpages.microsoft.com/
Created a developer environment (the user doesn't have access to the default environment)
Selected a template to start building the site
When the user hovers over the Select template option, the following message appears:
"You don’t have permission to create Azure Active Directory."
Question: Does the user need specific environment access or additional permissions to create a Power Page? Any guidance would be appreciated.
To fix the Power Pages error about Azure AD permissions, the user needs an Azure role like Application Developer or Cloud Application Administrator to allow app registration. Also, check tenant settings to ensure non-admins are allowed to create portals.
