We have a use case when trying to use a Service Now ticket copilot connector in a Copilot studio agent, it only returns 10 results, and the only documentation from Microsoft that I was able to find on that was here in this link below:

Copilot Studio - Service Now intergration - using Connector(OOTB)
after doing the configuration , if i ask the question to copilot i get the below response
In the index browser i can see that record is indexed and state is one of the indexed property.
list all the tickets and its State
Bot said: There is no information available regarding tickets or their current state in the provided sources. The only relevant detail is a mention of testing the agent, but it does not reference any tickets or their statuses ​1​.
