ConsentFailure when logging into Power Automate Mobile App

I am getting an error message when I try to log into the app, 
 
I go through the usual process of username + password and after it all goes through, I see a little "Approved" tag as it's loading, and then I get a message that pops up saying:
 
"ConsentFailure
Cannot proceed with session please login again"
 
Logging in never works however and brings me back to the same screen every time.
